Who would lend me a sledgehammer?

After weeks of hot sweaty weather now the time has come for mother nature to kick us back into reality. After all, i live in the Netherlands, and it is supposed to rain here! And the weather forecasts arent looking good for the next week. The week in wich i planned my vacation. Live couldnt get any better.
My plan is to go to one of the islands in the north of Holland. A week of relaxation on the beach. At least that was the plan, instead it looks like i need to bring rain suits and umbrella’s or my own boat to sail across the island when i need to go to the supermarket.
We will see what the weather will bring, instead of whining like a kid i should be glad that i get a vacation full of adventure.
With all the rain the last couple of days i began to get bored. So i helped my dad with painting the stairs. Yes, i have begun to practise the famous art of D.I.Y. And i must say once you started with such a job you get eager to finish it properly. So now i have painted the stairs blue, a kind of ocean blue. Loads better then the old and beaten elephant grey.
And now i’m going to pack for my adventurous trip…

WOW!
Six months of total silence…it proves i suck at keeping this blog interesting (as if it was interesting in the first place!). The dust i cleared last time had enough time to settle again, ah well it keeps me busy!
Any who, tonight i decided to post a bit, just for the sake of it and to keep my english writing skills up to date. With the help of this nifty apparatus i seem to do well. (Apart from my habit to deny the capital when using first person, just because i’m lazy…)
Some months ago i was so bored that i started making a list of all the bands/musicians worth mentioning. It became an ever growing list, which right now consists of 242 individual artists. A looooong list…it is rather useless to post it actually, because it will grow… Okay i tried to post it, but it is too long. Next time i’ll post a link to a special made document.
Okay i think i’m sleepy enough to go to bed, i’ll give it a try. But not before i play a game of FreeCell!!!
Yes i admit, i am hooked. It is just a stupid Windows cardgame but it never ceases to bore me.
Djeez….i havent been here in a very long time…but everything still seems to be active 
Not that i have much usefull to say right now but who knows in the future.
Posting this here about dust reminds me that i need to clean my room :S

Oh, my dearest readers, the last 2 days where so scary for me.
I am actually working for school at school! Man and i even like it. There is a lot of work to be done, thats for sure, but at the pace i am working at right now, it will be done mid december…and then it is time to party. Whoojah!
Ha, it was i, a few days ago, that was a wee bit down and depressed…and know? much better:
happy that is the word that could describe my state of mind at this moment.
I’ve put aside some obstacles and know i am (hopefully)heading to right exit.
Another thing that made my live better the last days was my visit to the Mark Lanegan gig last thursday at the Paradiso, Amsterdam.
It was so @#$% great. Mr. Sandpaper Voice did it again (yes this was the 2nd time i saw him). I visited heaven that night. God i love that man’s music. His hypnotic voice, the lyrics, his band, combined it is pure ecstasy. Never heard of the guy? Shame on you, run to the nearest cd store and buy his last album “Bubblegum”.
Today i finally spoke about my thoughts and feelings with my mum. Things arent going that well with school and i never had the guts to talk about it. The fact is that i want to quit with school. But that is a descision not easy to make.
Luckely my mum didnt freak out. She allready noticed it she said. We had real good talk, but i still dont know what to do. One year and i am finished…but that would be a hell of a year, if i’d go on.
Right know i am in somekind of no man’s land. I must choose which way to go and the thoughts about that are spinning around in my head like crazy. Another bad night ahead!
Anyway, my mum is very supporting, i’ll figure it out some how…
